The objects of the Kentucky Council of Nationally Accredited Flower Show Judges is to share information on topics relative to Flower Show Judging; to encourage study of information of current interest; to seek to improve both arrangement and horticulture judging in accordance with National Standards; to uphold the rules of National Council; to stress and encourage better Flower Show Procedure. (Bylaws, Article II)

Gardening Consultants Council
The objectives of the Gardening Consultants Council are:
- To increase our knowledge and stimulate interest in horticulture.
- To encourage horticultural excellence.
- To keep informed of advanced gardening techniques.
- To share this knowledge and promote interest in gardening by giving programs to garden clubs as requested.
- To support The Garden Club of Kentucky, Inc. by promoting Gardening Study Courses.
